Arkive Database

 

ARKIVE is an in-house chemical database of more than 37000 compounds synthesized by our research group. We have compiled downloadable lists of these chemicals that are updated quarterly. The database includes both the chemical structure and the identification number for every compound. You can download it in SDF File format or in the db format of local database. You can find instructions on how to open both types of files on the right side (TIP). We sell these compounds to companies all over the world and use the proceeds to fund our research.

Instructions for reading .sdf files with ISIS/Base

  1. Download the SDF file format.
  2. Open the ARKxxxxx.zip you will find two file (ARK.db and ARKxxxxx.sdf ) extract this files to your Computer. (Example: Desktop)
  3. Open the ISIS/Base Program.
  4. Press File from the menu and select Open Database, choose the file ARK.db and select the Update from the form.
  5. Press File from the menu and select Import and then select SDFile, choose the file ARKxxxx.sdf press open, then it will show you the SDFile Options, select Add a new record including structure and press ok.

  6. Select Query from the form and press Search from the menu and choose retrieve all.
